Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Because our products ship directly from our suppliers, we cannot modify or reverse orders after processing.

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • The wrong item is received

  • The order never arrives

To request a refund under these conditions, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the requirements above.
